Preschool procedures for inclement weather

Announcements of school closings or delayed openings will be posted on Channel 6 Action News.  We will be listed as Temple Sinai Preschool.  You can also log on to the Channel 6 website (www.6 abc.com) or the Temple Sinai website (www.tsinai.com).

  1. When the Upper Dublin School District (#311) is closed, we will also be closed.  The Upper Dublin telephone number is 215-643-8900.  This number will have the Upper Dublin School District snow closings.  If you are an Upper Dublin resident, you may also watch Cable TV (Comcast Ch. 28 / Verizon Ch. 20), which will have UDSD snow-closing messages running continuously across the screen.
  2. If the Upper Dublin School District has a delayed opening, we will follow the same schedule.  When we open late, there will be no early care available.  Please note, that it is possible that Temple Sinai may close for inclement weather when the Upper Dublin School District remains open.
  3. If we experience a one or two-hour delay in opening, we will follow our normal dismissal schedule for all classes and programs.
  4. In most cases, Temple Sinai will also send out a OneCall phone message as well as leaving a message on our central phone system at 215-643-6510
